COMBINE 2 SOURCE CODE (NEW CODE) TO GET AVERAGE - HELP

Dear Excell Master

Kindly help,
how to get average value for new code that combine data sales (Dec, Nov, Oct, Sept, & Aug) for old code & new code (attach file)
Value data that correct like example in yellow area (48) cell D7.
Common average is not option because combine data old and new code with own historycal data sales
