Combine All workbooks to a new workbook

Assumption:
More than 1 excel workbooks appear under the same directory.
Each excel workbook has data in sheet1 only. (Sheet2 and sheet3 has nothing)
Each source has same format but variable length


Objective:
combine those excel workbooks (source) into a new workbook where sheet1(new workbook) has all data from the source excel workbooks.

Can any experts give me a hand?
