combine AND and OR statement?

How do I combine these two statements together in one formula?

=IF(OR(B5=TRUE,B6=TRUE),A23,"")

=B11<>TRUE

Maybe this...

=IF(AND(B11<>TRUE,OR(B5=TRUE,B6=TRUE)),A23,"")

Or, assuming B5, B6 and B11 are booleans:

=IF(AND(NOT(B11),OR(B5,B6)),A23,"")
