Combine Image with a Cell

Hi everyboby,

I need to know how to combine an image with a Cell i.e

When cell A1 = 1 then

would like to have an image box showing image1.jpg

the image box should be a static box in which i can show multiple images depending on the number shown in Cell A1.

I really need some help for this.
