How to Combine Multiple Excel File with different Header Name from a folder in one?

If your table headers are mostly the same,no merged headers,multi-level headers,Power Query/VBA is a nice tool to do that.
When you have 1000+ sheets,with different table templates,multiple layout, different header names,none-fixed table position,merged header cells,multi-level headers,This what tablemerge.com do.
