Combine several lists in spreadsheet

I have four years of data which may or may not have everything in each list. Is there a way to do this

Company Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 Year 4


And then bring over each years data, and if the company isn't in the list add company and put data in the corresponding year column?

Please, I need help I need to do this for several spreadsheets.
