I am looking for a formula that takes 3 columns of numbers and make then one text. Example column A is 2, column B is 12 and Column C is 1. I want it to fill in Column D with "2-12-1" as a text.

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"

With only three values, I would just concatenate those values and delimiter together...

=A1&"-"&B1&"-"&C1
