combining cells

is there a way to combine two cells info into one? if cell "A" has the word "happy" and cell "B" has "feet" cell "C" will say happy feet.

quick question, some of my cells have time and dates in them but they are coming out as a long number is there a way to keep the time to be like "happy feet 1/24/2019 12:16pm" instead of "happy feet 41242.3215
