Good afternoon/morning all,
I was given a spread sheet with the first and second part of a UPC number listed in two different columns (why they did this I haven't a clue).
I need to combine these two columns to make it one number. I used to the following to do so =D4&""&E4 which works but the second row starts with a 0 so it drops that number out (if the number is 4900002358, the formula returns 490002358).
Is there a way to get excel to keep the 0 ? I have used the search feature on ms and here but I can't seem to find anything that matches my issue here.
Thanks for your time..
