Combining Data from One Row Into Columns

I am mired with Likert Data: 9, 3, 5, 4, 14.

I can show a bar chart of the raw data:

But I'd like to combine the Likes and Dislikes, without having to manipulate the data too much, if possible:

And my Friday night brain has locked up.

Help!
