Hello,
I am trying to compile data that comes from 2 reports into one that can then be pivoted and am kinda stuck.

I have data formatted like this:
Copy of M50 Scorecardblanked.xls
BCDEFGHIJ
1WEDATEStaffTimeLawsonIDNameLastNameFirstNameStartDateCoachDate
25/12/2007555555Last,First1LastFirst1/23/2006CoachName5/10/2007
35/12/2007555555Last,First2LastFirst9/3/2002CoachName5/11/2007
45/12/2007555555Last,First3LastFirst9/16/2002CoachName5/11/2007
Agent Trade Data

And data formatted like this:
Copy of M50 Scorecardblanked.xls
ABCD
1WEDateDateLastName,FirstNameStaffTime(hrs)
25/12/200705/11/2007Last,First10.001388889
35/12/200705/11/2007Last,First25.323888889
45/12/200705/11/2007Last,First32.635
Staff Time

All I need to do is put the staff time beside each agent's name so i can pivot the data. There will be multiple agents, we dates and dates in the same reports. Anyone know of a formula to do this, as i have been just using vlookup on the name for that date and it gets time consuming.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
