I'm looking to combine three regional sales fcst files into one report.

Each region will have multiple sheets - one for each country. Same columns and basic data elements.

What's the best way to create a dynamic summary for each region and then one for all the regions together?

Thanks

Hello

Use a database kind of structure in 1 sheet. With a column for the country, and if wanted another column for the region.

Once this is done, insert a Pivot table and you can filter on individual countries, or rather show the total. All in a matter of mouse clicks.
