Hello,
I am going to make an attempt to explain this, but it isn't easy!
I have a spectrum-style range.
I have the lower end of the spectrum as value 1, and the 10th percentile value of 12.2. I have the Higher of the spectrum as 122 with the 90th percentile value as 109.8
When I say spectrum I mean essentially a number line.
I then have 4 Products, and corresponding percentages which say what percentage of overall sales of that product fall within the first 10 percent and final 10 percent (90thpercentile) of the spectrum/numer line to come with 8 percentages.
I want a way to plot all of this on one chart, ideally I want a number line plotted on top of stacked bars, where the bars are above/below or over the number line on the first and last 10 percent of line to show a visualisation of what percentage of each product took place in these extremes.
This is quite hard to explain, and not even sure it can be done? I have plotted an x-y scatter and the percentage columns on separate charts, and dropped the s-xy scatter for my spectrum number line of the percentage columns, but the columns are across the line rather than on the ends, which is misleading.
Any help ?
Data
% In Lowest 10% % In Highest 10%
Product 1 85 0
Product 2 90 0
Product 3 10 16
Product 4 30 26
