I am trying to display the min and max of a column in one cell. For example, the cell would read "From (MIN) to (MAX)" Is this possible?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type

="From "&MIN(Range)&" to "&MAX(Range)

With parens...

="From ("&MIN(Range)&") to ("&MAX(Range)&")"

Pali, Your formula worked great except for one thing. I am trying to display a range for a field that contains dates. When I used your formula, it converted the dates into a 5-digit number string. Do you know how to fix this?
