I have a column of company names (column A) I use two formulas to help tidy these up

=TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(A1,CHAR(160),CHAR(32)))
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />=CLEAN(SUBSTITUTE(b1,CHAR(127),CHAR(7)))
Is there a way to combine these to operate on the same cell. Or are there any recomendations to any other features / formula's that may help me.

I basically just want to keep a single line of data of standard text and numbers and remove all strange characters/ carridge returns etc.
