Combo box problem

I currently use the following to populate my combo box

Private Sub ClientMeetingForm_Initialize()
Dim Rng As Range

'Row source on Sheet(12)Column "A"
With Sheets("Client List")
Set Rng = .Range(.Range("A2"), .Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
End With

'set range name
Rng.Name = "MyNewRng"

'Change Rowsource as DataLabel in column "A" changes size
With ComboBox1
.RowSource = "MyNewRng"
.ListIndex = 0
End With
End Sub

However when the Client list range is increased the combo box is not populated correctly. For example the bottom or top entry might not be included.

Should I set my combo box source to "MyNewRng"?

Thanks,
David.
