Hello all!

I have 2 combo boxes, first one has a choice of 3 people. When one of them is chosen, I want the 2nd combo box to list items from that persons table/cell range. Lets say I chose 1 of a,b, or c in the first box.
Each choice has their own list to be used. A uses table choice1, B choice2 and so on. I tried using vba to just assign the rowsource after the "Change" in the first box but it doesn't work. What am I missing?
I was using:
VBA Code:
combobox2.rowsource = "choice1"
Using choice2 and choice3 as needed. TIA

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

How about
VBA Code:
ComboBox2.RowSource = Range("Choice1").Address

Is Choice1 a range name? If so how did you create it?

That was just an example word. My real combobox is called Bills. Named it in the properties. The dropdown works when I point it to a range in the properties-Rowsource

I was using
VBA Code:
Bills.Rowsource=Range("JLookup").address
which is where the list is located; JLookup being the table.

I'm lost Choice1 should be a named range, not the name of a combobox.

That is how I saw the formula while researching changing the rowsource property in vba
