Combo Box Values Appear

I have a combo box on worksheet that has three entries to select from (e.g. Yes; No; Undecided). The problem that I am experiencing is that when a user selects an option the corresponding value also appears in the cell (e.g. if user selected Yes then a 1 also appears)

This problem only seems to happen on a few users which leads me to believe there is a setting somewhere but I cannot find it.

Anyone have any suggestions where to look?
