combo box

I need a combo box with 5 options in it.

If I choose Option 1 from the box, then in the cell to the right of it I need 5 further sub options to appear as options in a combo box, so they are related.

And if I choose Option 2 in the box then to the right in the next combo some sub categories which relate to option 2 appear.

How can I do this.

I manage double combo boxes by inserting unique identifiers against each heading and concatenation...it's easier to see...if you email me I'll send you an example of what i mean..this is done using forms from the control box and not done in vba

Hey Chef can u share that thing with all of us,

i could manage using datavalidation
Using Data validation on cell C1 for master list and D1 for dynamic sub option list

I1:I5 has Option1 to option 5
J1:J2 has 2 Sub option for option 1
K1:K2 has 2 Sub option for option 2
L1:L2 has 2 Sub option for option 3
M1:M2 has 2 Sub option for option 4
N1:N2 has 2 Sub option for option 5

Data Validation > list source for
C1 => "=I1:I5"
D1 => "=IF(C1="","",CHOOSE(MATCH(C1,I1:I5),J1:J2,K1:K2,L1:L2,M1:M2,N1:N2))"

i've left all the formula etc as is.....and you just need to follow the principles and populate your own entries...
