Combo/listbox that records/tracks dates and users

I need to insert a list/combo box on my sheet that records and tracks, on a different sheet in the workbook, the date, time and NT user ID everytime the list/combo box is changed (basicaly a workflow tool). This workbook will then be shared across the network.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
