Combobox auto re-sizing problems

Hi, hopefully someone can help me because this issue is really annoying.

I am using a combobox from the control tool box in a couple of excel sheets. So I have inputted everything, and sized it the way I want and then save. But everytime I reopen the file, the sizes of the comboboxes will be different. Most of the time they shrink, sometimes they are bigger.

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Does this happen when you open your excel sheet or when you do some work on those combo boxes or in your excel sheet?

couldn't figure out how to edit my previous post, but i meant list box, not combo box.
