Combobox data depends on different cell value

Hi
Im using a Workbook on Excel Pro Plus 2010.
I have a cell that can display "Company1", "Company2" or "Company3" (cell value obtained from a VLOOKUP)
I then have a combobox that needs to display "OS1" for Company 1, "OS2" for Company 2 or a listing of 5 differnet OSs for company 3.
I can achieve this using "Indirect" on data validation with a dropdownlist (with the listings on Sheet2), but the client only wants comboboxes.
Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
