I am using a combobox with Row Source Type of Table/Query which references a "definition table" and lists doctor's names. The idea here is so the user can create doctor specific reports. However, I want them to be able to create a hospital wide (all doctors) as well, so I want to add an "All" option to the combobox as well.

Can you manually add an item to the row source when you use the Table/Query option?

I don't want to add the "All" option to the definition table since it is also used in the data input forms.

Thanx

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
If you change to using a query it is possible to add an 'All' option.

It's straightforward to add it to the list but dealing with it takes a little more work.

That depends on how you structure the query and how you are currently dealing with the generation of the reports.
