Good day. I am running Excel out of Office365 (updated) on Windows 10 Home. I have noticed that recently when I work in the cell portion of a worksheet, The Command bar at the top of the screen removes the sub-menus. I then have to click on Home to gain access to the sub-menus. Is this a flag setting that I can't find?
Thank you,
Dan Wilson...

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Sounds like you might have "Show Tabs" selected, change that to "Show Tabs & Commands" to c=do that click the icon in the top right of the app
