Command Button resizes...

My command button on my spreadsheet resized when clicked...the user clicks on the button and the text areas increases as it is clicked. No the user cannot view the text. I keep resetting, but need to know how to prevent this from happening.

Afternoon

- Right click the button
- Format Autoshape
- Properties tab
- set property to 'Don't move or size with cells'

Hello ExcelNovice,

I have the same issue with command buttons resizing when the column widths are changed (on inserting a listobject, VBA, Excel 2007), even the text inside the button is being distorted. Have you found a resolution on this, I'd be interested, too.
