Hi People,
I was wondering if i was able to use a command button to export the information from the database which has mulitipul tables (subforms) to a word template (this is to replace the Mail Merge Function of Word). also is there a posiblity to use another button to get the information within the database to save as a text (TXT) file, then have it send that text file to an allocated email address.

Please let me know.

Kindest Regards,

Ben

Hi Ben
Rather than export the information into Word, can you not create a report in Access that will have the same effect? Regarding sending the file in a text format to an e-mail recipient, go into the macro screen and have a look at the 'SendObject' command. Once you have written your macro, you can attach that to your button.
