Does anyone know why the Command Buttons change size in my VBA routine?

It doesn't happen all the time and I think? it doesn't happen when I have the workbork shared.

Also, I bet I am not using the best practices in putting command buttons at the top of each column. Suggestions or suggested reading would be very helpful.

THanks,
D Miner
