Comment Display Outside Frozen Panes

Hi everyone. I have a work sheet with 50 columns, 500 rows. Column C has comments in many of the rows.

I have the panes frozen starting at the Column C, Row 10. This allows the user to see data field names (in the columns) and dates (along the rows at the top.)

The problem I am having is that comments in Column C do not display once column D is no longer visible. For instance, if I am looking at Column Q, I can still see columns A-C in the frozen pane. If I mouseover a commented cell in column C, it doesnt appear in Column Q - it is (I guess) appearing in Column D, which is now not visible.

Is there a way that I can show the comments in the column immediately after the freezepoint of the frozen panes? In the example above, the comment would be displaying in Column Q, since it is the leftmost column to the frozen pane.

I sure hope that makes sense.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
