Hi All,
I have a spreadsheet which was created in xl03. Within this spreadsheet there are comments in cells (right mouse click on a cell and add comments - then the red indicator sits within the cell to let you know there is a comment there.
Now I am using xl07 and I cant see any of the red indicators, although when I right mouse click, I can edit the comment. Is there a way that you can "turn on" the red indicators in xl07?
thanks
Sam

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Click on the Office Button
Click on Excel Options
Click on Advanced
Scroll down to Display
Under For Cells with Comments, show:
Select Indicators only and comments on hover
Click OK
