Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
If you have a textbox on your userform to enter the cell comment called tbxComment

put the line
VBA Code:
.Cells(lastrow + 1, 4).NoteText text:= tbxComment.Text

I don't know what your userform control names are. You should change my tbxComment to the name of the userform's text box that is designated for comment entry.
