I have a spreadhsheet with multiple comments. The comments are formatted to print as displayed. When I go to Print Previw everything looks fine, but on the printed page one of the comment boxes is empty.

I can adjust the sizing of this comment box and maybe get something to print at the botom of the comment box, but nothing near all of it. Any idea on how to correct this issue.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Have you hit the show all comments first

review tab
comments section
show all comments

I know this was the problem once with mine.
hope that helps

Barbara - I don't understand why, but your advice worked!! Only one comment out 7 on this spreadsheet was an issue, but yor suggetsion corrected that one.

Thank-you!

This problem has been nagging me for months. It seems like it started after we updated from Excel 2003 to 2007.
