Hi Guys, Can anyone help me create a formula for this structure?

This does not tell us much that is useful.
You must remember that we are not familiar with your business and we do not know what all you are trying to calculate.

You can sum by the relevant categories that you specified and entry into the formula.
For example if Non-BluePrint is 17500, enter that amount or formula into B8.

Copy my suggestion into a clean sheet and review the formula.
