Commodity Code List

I need to create a data base where i can place vendors names addressed and information along with coded services they supply and when i put in that code the name of every vendor that has that code, it will populate? example:
General building Maintenance, Inc.
it has two codes 961- miscellaneous professional services and code 962- custodial services. So i need to do a spread sheet that has all the codes and thier explanation and then i need a sheet with the vendors name in and information along with the codes thay provide? I hope i am being clear on this lol
