Comob Box Help

I have a sheet that contains 20 cells of data in a list that alter based on input data on other sheets. I wish to create a combo box on a new sheet as a way of viwing a choice but as the data input can represent zero values in my list, I wish to create a combo box that only displays the positive data and excludes the zero fields.

Can anyone advise the best method for this? A formula or set of formulae or perhaps some VBA code?

Please help.
