Compare 2 pricelists

Hello,

I have 2 pricelists, each pricelist have 2 columns(DESPRIPTION and PRICE). I would like to compare them and find the increase or decrease in price and new added products. The product description never changes but the price does frequentely, so i need to find a way to spot the diferences easy, my pricelist goes up 2000 rows so you can imagine that is very time cosuming job to do by hand every 2 weeks.

The best solution i found is with conditional formating, but i cant make the formulas work for me.

In the past 2 days i red everything i could find, I' ve searched every possible combinations in google but none of the solutions i found worked for me, so here I am.

Can probably be done with Power Query. Join two tables on Description and compare results. Post a sample of both worksheets and I will demo for you. Use XL2BB to upload your sample ranges. Also update your profile to indicate which version of XL you are using. Remember to save the profile. This will ensure that proper solution that will work for your version.
