Is this suppose to use formula or VBA? I search on Google but didn't find any good result. Thanks for advance

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Hello,

In the 1st sheet eg Book1, you could add a helper column M "Compare", in Cell M2 =ISNUMBER(MATCH(B2,[Book2]Sheet1!$B:$B,0)) and copy formula down.

Employee ID's in column B - Book1 that are not in Book 2 will result in FALSE

Highlight/Select All of your Book1 data, then Conditional Formatting/Create Rule/Use a Formula to determine which cells to Format/Format Cells where this Formula is true

Enter =$M1=FALSE
Use the Format Button to select the highlight format that suits.

Repeat all steps on Book2 looking back to Book1
