So I am trying to type teams based on an average number the team produces as Type I, II or III. An example would be The average RN's a team rosters is 6, so to be a type I team you need 8, Type II 6 and type II is 4.

Number Type III Type II Type I Team is a
RN 6 4 6 8 Type II
MD 2 2 3 4 Type I

Looking for a formula to list the type value by comparing the number against the 3 types of teams and returning either Type I, II or III and having the cell change color to Red for type I, Yellow for Type II and Green for type III

 Position Rosters 2011 to Present Position Type TYPE III TYPE II TYPE I AO 1.00 0 1 1 COMM-L 1.00 1 1 2 DTL 1.00 0 0 1 EMT-P 11.00 4 6 8 LOGS 1.00 0 2 4 MD/DO 2.80 2 2 2 MH 1.29 0 1 1 MIDLEVEL 2.86 1 3 4 PHARM 2.13 1 2 2 RN 8.88 4 6 8 SAFETY 1.14 1 1 1 TL 1.00 1 1 1

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use \$ signs: \$V\$2:\$Z\$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
