Hi,
I have data in the form of “dates”. How do I compare these dates and return as Pass or Fail?
E.g.
A1 cell: 12/10/21
B1 cell: 14/10/21
C1 cell: 25/11/21
So if all dates (A1 to C1) have been completed, it should return as “Pass” otherwise “Fail”.
Thanks

Assuming row 2 i.e from A2 to C2 contain status Complete

in D2 put

Excel Formula:
=If(Countif(A2:C2,"Complete")=3,"Pass","Fail")
