Compare Spreadsheets

Hi Folks,

i have 2 spreadsheets which are from 2 places but both have a field that says References and Cost i want to compare the 2 spreadsheets on the Reference field and highlight the difference in price if there is one? if not highlight just display the different cost?

i would be greatful if someone could help me as ive been trying to sort this for ages!
