How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Try this in column C (assuming A and B are the columns to compare, the text in B occupies B1:B1000):

=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(A1,$B$1:$B$1000,0)),A1,"")

and copy down to whatever row the values in column A extend to.

regards

Richard
