<table border = "1" cellspacing = "0" bordercolor="#999999">
<tr><td bgcolor="#C0C0C0"> </td>
<td align="center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>S</b></td><td align="center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>T</b></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>1</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$Z$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AA$6:$AA$1000 </font></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>2</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AB$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AC$6:$AC$1000 </font></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>3</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AD$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AE$6:$AE$1000 </font></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>4</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AF$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AG$6:$AG$1000 </font></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>5</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AH$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AI$6:$AI$1000 </font></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>6</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AJ$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AK$6:$AK$1000 </font></td></tr>
<tr><td align = "center" bgcolor="#C0C0C0"><b>7</b></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="192" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AL$4 </font></td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1" width="339" height="30" align = "left" valign = "bottom" bgcolor ="#FFFFFF"><font color="#000000">$AM$6:$AM$1000 </font></td></tr>
</table>

I want to check that Col T row 1 is the next col for the value in Col S

The ones above are all correct.

For example if S3 says Col AD then T3 should be col AE (this goes right from col A to EF so its a long list)

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
