A record (cell) is entered and auto date/time stamp appears in row B.
A record (cell) in the same row is designated as complete in row L. When Row L has a value, auto date/time stamp is entered in row M

I'd like Row M to reflect the elapsed time between rows B and L. ie/how many days/hours/minutes passed from the beginning to closing of the case.

Additional struggle is that with current code addressing other needs, then adding more code for date calculation, it disables other code....I have attached the spreadsheet for review.

I am not skilled enough to even be called a novice, so any help is appreciated.

I do not see the option to attach my test spreadsheet (?)
