How many different names correspond to the same IBAN
on the pictures have simple example. But in the reports have about 500 -600 000 rows

Perhaps the COUNTIF function will give you what you need.

You can list out all you IBANS and then use a COUNTIF formula to count how many rows have that IBAN.
