Compare two rows

I d like to compare A26 AND A44 AND B26 WITH B44 and if they are equal then I d like in D44 the value(number) of f26

is there Any function for this ?

=IF(OR(A26=A44,B26=B44),F26,"")

For AND this would be

=IF(AND(A26=A44,B26=B44),F26,"")
