Compare two spreadsheets

How can I compare two spreadsheets and indentify any changes that have been made? We have a file that is sent out and there are changes made but there is not an easy way to identify what has been added or deleted? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Under Window on the menu bar there is an option for comparing workbooks side by side?

Unless they are exact replicas of each other then you could probably use conditional formatting or vba code? Hope that helps.

unfortunately I am not an excel expert. I'm not sure what conditional formatting means, but I will research.
