comparing 2 columns

Hi there
I am a beginner to excel formulas as well as macros and now pretty struck trying to figure out how to compare a 2 columns of data. This data is a punchlist data which is a mix of text and enginnering data..numbers).
I need to compare these two columns of data and identify the duplicate ones as well as those which are not duplicate and place them in another column.

Any help appreciated.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
