Hi All - Happy New Year

I have 2 columns (A and I) which contain names of various organizations. I want to run a check to see if there are duplicates, however, because these lists have been created over time and by different people, the names of the organizations may not match EXACTLY even if the organization is listed 2x or more.

Is there a way to run some kind of check to see if there is a match or even a partial match so that I can do a manual look-over and check to see if these organizations are duplicates?

Thanks in advance!
