Comparing 2 datasets for reconciliation using VBA

Hello all,

I am looking for a VBA code to reconcile two data sets in Sheet1 and Sheet2 (See attached report). Looking for qty differences between both sheets and identifying if a column A, B or C and have any discrepancies. Can anyone help?

Excel Facts

Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Still crashing or (Not Responding)
Can you upload sample data on cloud somewhere? I cannot create a sample that big :)

Logically it should not crash ... not responding, maybe but I believe it will still work in background

I meant that 9000 row. This small number of rows no problem. I want to see how fast it goes through the very long list. I see other upload on cloud that it can be downloaded. You can copy paste data in blank spreadsheet if other material are confidential.

Last time a formula based llokup using VBA took more then 2 min can be reduced to less then 20 sec using other approach.
