Comparing 2 workbooks

Hi,

I have two workbooks, in each workbook I have a column of numbers, I am looking for a way to have a third workbook that looks at both of these and displays a the differences. For example a column to display numbers in workbook 1 but not workbook 2, and a column to display numbers in workbook 2 but not workbook 1.

Ideally this could look at the workbooks when they are closed.
