Comparing account numbers

I have existing account numbers in Col E on Sheet1 for eg 6X, 1105, 3015, 1107K etc

I have account number that are imported on sheet TB in Col B . I need to compare the account numbers on Sheet1 Col E with the account Number in Col E to determine which new account numbers have been added

Your assistance in this regard is most appreciated

For a quick check I would just do a VLOOKUP on Sheet TB and any that return N/A will be new

=VLOOKUP(B2,Sheet1!E:E,1,0)
